To clear it the candidates must master the art of answering MCQs, time management and handling critical questions

It can be said that 500 – 600 marks in NEET are quite competitive to get an admission in AIIMS Raipur. However, cut-off marks for admission in AIIMS Raipur differ from year to year on the number of applicants, number of seats available, numbers of reserved seats for SC/ST/OBC etc. The cut-off rank for NEET at AIIMS Raipur in 2023 was well, for General, round about 247, but for OBC was 3047, for SC 6452, and 8717 for the ST category. You might be getting 500-600 marks which will help you maybe get into AIIMS Raipur but those are just assumptions based on cut off marks and admission process.

Depending on the school and state, the private medical college fee structure varies greatly. MBBS courses often have an annual price of 10-30 lakhs. Your SC category status may qualify you for reservation benefits, which could lower the cost, although it will probably still be more than government colleges. Some private universities provide students in the reserved category with scholarships or fee concessions. See each college for specific information.

You might be able to get into certain private colleges with 285 marks in NEET for BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery), since government colleges usually have higher cutoffs. Private universities that might admit students with this score include:

  1. Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Punja

For precise information, check the cutoffs for each college.

Your chances of being accepted into the BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) programme with 480 marks in NEET 2024 rely on items such as your college preferences and category (SC, ST, OBC, General). A BAMS score of 480 may help you get a spot in some private colleges or lesser-known government colleges, as the cutoff for government colleges might be challenging. Check the cutoffs for each college.
