No, a score of 157 marks on the NEET exam is unlikely to be enough to get an MBBS seat:

Cut-off scores

The cut-off score for government MBBS seats is usually higher than 500 out of 720. The minimum marks required in NEET for MBBS admission in 2024-2025 are 720 for the General category, 161 for OBC, and 161 for SC/ST

Yes, NEET-UG scores are required for admission to the Naturopathic Yoga Science Bachelor of Science course at Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences (KNRUHS): 

Admission Criteria: KNRUHS considers NEET-UG scores for admission to most of its courses. 

Other Requirements: To be eligible for admission to the BNYS course, you must also:
