No, once the NEET city slip is issued by NTA, it is not permitted to request for change in the exam city. NTA tries to allot the NEET exam city based on candidates' first preference. Hence, candidates have to make the necessary travel or accommodation arrangements accordingly, instead of approaching NTA to change the exam city. 

The NEET city allotment slip and admit card are different documents. The NEET city intimation slip only informs about the allotted exam city. However, the NEET admit card informs about the allotted NEET exam centre. The admit card also contains the exam day instructions along with the NEET Self-Declaration Undertaking form.

Candidates must take the NEET admit card to their exam centres as without it they are not allowed to take the test. However, students do not need to carry the NEET exam city slip to the exam centre.
