JENPAS UG Counseling process 2025 will be conducted by the WBJEEB for eligible candidates for admission to the UG-level programmes. JENPAS UG counselling will be done in different rounds based on the number of available seats following each round of counselling. The seats will be distributed according to the candidates' positions on the merit list. Before counselling and seat distribution, the board announces the availability of seats per course and institute on its website. Numerous universities will undertake their own admissions counselling.
A total of 3 rounds of JENPAS UG counselling will be held including the mop-up round for JENPAS UG 2025 seat allotment. Online registration is mandatory to participate in the JENPAS UG counselling process.

JENPAS UG 2025 - Seat Acceptance
Candidates will be able to participate in the JENPAS UG 2025 seat acceptance process after the announcement of the seat allotment result. Follow the process mentioned below:
- Candidates are required to log in to check the JENPAS UG 2025 seat allotment status.
- The JENPAS UG 2025 seat allotment status shows the institute and course in which he/she has been allotted a seat.
- The candidate must pay a seat acceptance fee of INR 1000/- (Rupees one thousand only), and download the JENPAS UG allotment letter. If the candidate fails to pay the seat acceptance fee, the current allotment will be canceled, and he/she will not be considered for seat allotment in any future round.
- After paying the seat acceptance fee, the candidate must note his/her Unique Allotment ID ( from the candidate’s login), which he/she will need to disclose to the concerned admission officer of the allotted Institute to confirm his/her admission. Candidates are advised not to disclose the JENPAS UG Unique Allotment ID to any other person except the admission officer of the allotted Institute.
- After downloading the JENPAS UG allotment letter, the candidate must report to the allotted institute with the letter and all other necessary documents for verification. If the candidate fails to report for document verification, the current allotment will be canceled, and he/she will not be considered for seat allotment in any future round (EXIT).
