Yes, you are eligible for NEET exam if you have PCMB in Class 12th through NIOS (National Institute of Open Schooling). The eligibility criteria for NEET exam is you must have passed the Class 12 or equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology or Biotechnology, and English as core subjects from any state board or recognised board. So, you are eligible to attempt NEET exam. Also you must have atleast 50% marks (40% for SC, ST, OBC category) in PCB subjects in class 12th.

Higher cutoffs make it difficult to get into a government medical college in the General category with 399 NEET 2024 marks. You could, however, be able to get into acknowledged institutions or private medical colleges. For more exact information, it's advisable to look up specific college cutoff dates and investigate state counseling programs.

No, you can't get admission to MBBS at AIIMS if you have less than 50% marks in Class 12th.
AIIMS MBBS admission is based on a valid NEET UG score. Following that, candidates are allocated seats via NEET UG counselling process. Candidates who passed Class 12 with 60% aggregate (English + PCB steam) having an age of minimum of 17 years are eligible to apply.
