Getting into MBBS can be hard, but it is possible. Last year, lowest NEET score for General category was 137.
Admission depends on your NEET score, college you want to join, and your category (General, OBC, SC, ST). Each state and college may have different rules.

Your projected rank of 264,527 and NEET score of 372 put you in a competitive bracket, especially for admission to government colleges. Based on NEET results, Karnataka offers counseling for state quota seats. The deadlines for government college admissions change annually based on the volume of applications and available space. Because seats are set aside for SC candidates, being in this category can give you advantages such as lower admissions cutoffs.
To get a sense of the anticipated range, it's a good idea to look into the Karnataka government medical colleges' NEET cutoffs from the prior year. Every year, cutoffs may c

If you fall into the SC category and have 380 NEET marks, you stand a good chance of being admitted to a government college to pursue a Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS). The number of applicants, the difficulty of the NEET exam, and the availability of seats are some of the reasons that can cause the BAMS cutoffs to differ each year.
Although precise deadlines may differ, the following patterns are derived from prior years:
BAMS General Category Cutoff: Usually between 400 and 450 marks.
SC Category Cutoff for BAMS: Usually between 350 and 400 marks, but it might be lower.

Every year, the number of candidates, the difficulty of the NEET exam, and the candidate's reservation category can affect the projected NEET cutoff for the Bachelor of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences (BNYS) at Murarji Desai College of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences, Vadodara. In contrast to more competitive medical programs like MBBS or BDS, BNYS programs have generally had a lower cutoff.
These rough cutoff ranges, which are based on current patterns, should give you a general idea:
General Categtory: 350–450
SC/ST: 200-300
OBC: 300-400

National Eligibility cum entrance exam (NEET) is one of the most competitive exam in India. Every year, almost 24 Lacs students register themseleves to appear for NEET. These 24 Lacs students compete for, approximately, 2 Lacs seats offered by the top medical colleges in India. Therefore, as per my opinion, taking help of a coaching or a coach with previous record of success might help aspirants beat the competition. However, I will not say that it is impossible to crack NEET without coaching, a hardworking student with good caliber might be able to pass the entrance exam without any coaching or guidance, by using the free resourse av
