As per my knowledge, there is no need to update the aadhar in order to appear for NEET 2025. However, under certain conditions, the Aadhar needs to be updated. The conditions are:-
In case of mismatch in the name, DOB, or mobile number between 10th class certificate and NEET Exam
In case the mobile number is not linked to Aadhar
If the Aadhar card is inactive

For candidates in general category the score should be around 550-630 for securing a seat in BDS at TErma Dental College and Hospital. Though there are certain seats which come under management quota but the maximum seats are filled under all-India or state quota only.

With a NEET-UG score of 280, you're eligible for several Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) programs, especially at private or deemed institutions, since your score is below the general percentile cutoffs for government medical seats, but many private and state-level colleges consider qualifying NEET marks or may admit based on 10+2 merit. Here's how to pursue admission at the Mahatma Gandhi Medical College & Research Institute (MGMCRI), Puducherry, and similar institutions

The NEET 2025 result was originally released on June 14, 2025. The results for candidates who were affected due to a power cut at the exam centres were withheld. These candidates had filed a petition at the MP High Court demanding a retest. As per the verdict dated July 14, 2025, the Division Bench of the MP High Court ruled out the re-test request, but asked NTA to release the scorecards for the petitioners or the withheld candidates. Accordingly, NTA released the NEET 2025 scorecard for these candidates on July 15, 2025.
