Yes, you can give NEET exam along with the class 12th board exams. The syllabus is also the same as of class 12, the only difference is that class 12 is subjective based so it depends in topics but NEET is of objective based so the question can be asked from anywhere.

With this rank you cannot get a seat in semi private college. You can apply through management quota but for this fees will be very high.
