Yes, but under certain conditions. Osmania Medical College has 100% of its seat intake for all its courses assigned based on the results of the UG/PG/SS NEET. However, OMC Hyderabad also conducts walk-in interviews for any seats that remain unallocated. However, candidates should not rely upon this method for admission into OMC Hyderabad, as it is not guaranteed that seats will remain unallocated for their preferred course.

National Testing Agency announced the NEET UG Result in June last year.

The NEET 2025 results have been announced by the NTA. The NEET UG 2025 results were declared on Jun 14, 2025. NEET PG results 2025 have also been declared; however, the exact dates are not available.

No, the NEET is compulsory for admission to the MBBS programme at AIIMS Hyderabad. Candidates must qualify in this exam and hold a valid scorecard to proceed to the counselling stage. Without clearing this exam, students will not be considered for seat allocation in the MBBS course at the institute. Moreover, as one of the recognised AIIMS of India, the Hyderabad college is not allowed to take any sort of direct admission to the MBBS course.
