First of all, get familiar yourself with the syllabus of NET. You can find one from the official website of UGC NET. After that, start collecting the material. Probably you can find best one from e-commerce website like amazon Flipkart. Focus on that topic first in which you are weak.
Make a proper timetable and start the preparation.
I am available for more help if you need. All the best for your bright future.

Yes, you can appear in the UGC NET Exam, as you have completed your Post-Graduation. But you cannot appear under Management. As per the rules by NTA a candidate can choose the subject for UGC NET in which they have completed their Masters. In your case you have completed your Masters in commerce so, going with the rule you have to choose Commerce subject, not Management. NTA conducts UGC NET twice in a year in the month of June and December. For June session, application window has been closed. But you can go for the December session. NTA will soon update all the related details.

Hi,
No, you are not eligible for NET exam with that percentage. The minimum required percentage if 55% (50% for reserved category). You should try to improve your score to be eligible.

Hi,
Last date to fill UGC NET application forms was 30th March, now the date ended so you will not be able to fill the form until unless NTA extends the dates for filling the forms which is unlikely to be happening. NET exam is conducted twice a year so you can try for the next exam which will probably be conducted in December.
