Yes, you can definitely give NET exam and you could go for Administration or management subjects in the exam.

Yes, you can surely get the previous year's paper from the official website of UGC. You just need to go to the website and then there is an option regarding previous years' paper.

I am listing here the best books subject-wise for inorganic chemistry: Atkins and Shriver, Miessler and 1James. EHuhey. Organic chemistry books are Advanced Chemistry by Jerrymarch, Clayden, Greeves, Warren and others, Physical chemistry by P. W Atkins&Julio De Paula and Robert. G. Mortimer.

Candidates who pursued Masters in Chemistry are eligible to appear in CSIR NET exam or the post of Assistant Professor. You should also check this:
M.Sc or equivalent degree/ Integrated BS-MS/BS-4 years/BE/B.Tech/B.Pharma/MBBS with at
least 55% marks for General (your) and OBC candidates and 50% for SC/ST, Persons with
Disability (PWD) candidates.

Previously till July 2018, the National Eligibility Test was conducted by Central Board of Secondary Education. July 2018 Exam was conducted offline by CBSE. But in Dec 2018, the test was conducted by NTA (National Testing Agency). This was the first time when the UGC NET was fully Computer Based Test (CBT). The upcoming UGC NET Exam will be conducted in July 2019. The exam pattern will be the same as per the previous one. So, it will be conducted in online mode only. Important Note- UGC NET Exam Syllabus is revised for all the subjects. Candidates are advised to download the updated UGC NET Syllabus from the official website. I
