Hi,
Your chances are not very low but low to get ECE in the spot round as from third round there is not much difference that can be seen in the closing ranks of NSIT.

Hi,
If you are aiming for UPSC then I would suggest you to opt for DTU as ECE/EE branch in DTU is an evergreen branch with an overwhelming response from its students in innovation/placement. Also, you will get sufficient time to prepare for UPSC.

At this rank and having SC quota, you will definitely get admission in B.E in manufacturing process and automation engineering at NSIT if you keep it as your first choice.
All the best!

It depends on you, in which stream your interest lies.
If you want to do computer science, then go for LNMIIT, but it is a private college.
I can't compare LNMIIT with the other two government college DTU and NSIT.
However, if you choose one between NSIT and DTU, then I would recommend DTU PIE is best in all terms from faculties to placement, ICE of NSIT is new branch, you can expect good placement opportunities in upcoming years.

CSE at NSIT is the best option. It is located in the capital hence more exposure for you.
