Netherlands is a good study abroad destination for international students because of its English language education. Program are taught in the English language and students need to submit the test score of TOEFL or IELTS. Check below the documents required for Netherlands visa:

I can tell you for UK. GPA plays a major factor while you're applying. But if your Statement of Purpose (SOP) and Letter of Reference (LOR) academic, is strong enough then you shouldn't be worried much. Also the best part about UK is most of them are public universities, so application fee is not applicable so you should try your luck with as many universities you like.
