In my mind I would suggest you to have the best of the choice you have that is neurology why? I will explain cause nephrology is a study everyone knows about that and it's a good specialisation but when you think about the neurology then that's where is the main thing is to be dug out it is deep full of myths around the world about brain if you pursuing this then you will love know more and more about the brain facts now I leave to your choice buddy all the best.

There is no update from the university about the commencement of the session. You will have to check the same with the college by next month.
