Yes, you can go for Ph.D. in Neuroscience after completing your M.Sc. In Neuropsychology. The programme will take 3-5 years to complete. Some of the colleges in India where you can pursue this course-Manipal University, University of Calcutta, Amity University-Noida and IISc Bangalore.

According to me, Between AIIMS Patna and AIIMS Raipur, AIIMS Patna now. Regarding facilities AIIMS Patna is good. You will get a single room here. The professors are so good as well as friendly. Also the important thing is that patient load is more in AIIMS Patna compared to any other new AIIMS. Neurology specializes in AIIMS Patna provides best neurology services to tier patients.
