For any under graduation study, you need IELTS 6 band and a minimum of 5.5 band in each component. As you have got only 5 band, you need to take some coaching and rewrite IELTS. However, some universities in the UK accept students without IELTS. Provided your class 10th and 12th English marks should be more than 70%.

You can apply with your consolidated mark sheet, you will get admission. Once you get admission, you will surely get visa. You need not worry about back logs. Only thing you need is IELTS required score and completion of your course. This is possible in New Zealand.

Normally this requires a completed Bachelor honors degree or postgraduate Diploma from New Zealand, or an acceptable equivalent postgraduate qualification from a recognized university (or similar) overseas. For Masters Supervisors and research projects, see Find a Thesis, the research web pages for your area of interest or contact the postg

New Zealand is a sparsely populated country. Do they do have job requirements at their place? It also depends on the kind of course you pursue. But, the GDP of the country is quiet low.
