Yes, you can enhance your marks by coming through NIOS after passing class 12th. NIOS has given a chance to the student to reappear in a particular subject, provided through their "Stream 2" option wherein if you have already completed 12th, then improve marks or rectify whatever wrong result you may have gotten.
