For getting admission in NIT, you need to score at least 75% in your boards. And of course you need to score well in JEE Mains. If only you get good score, you can expect good NIT.

With only 108 marks in JEE Mains, you would have cleared cutoff but still long way off towards getting admission. Remember marks are out of possible 360.

I believe your query has been answered previously by Vikram Soni. You must have an overall score of 75%. Please also refer to the answer he provided and follow the advice.

Presently NIT, Jalandhar is not considered a top college. Due to this, opening as well as closing ranks are quite relaxed. I feel that the minimum marks would be 200+. But may I ask why are you asking the minimum marks? You should dream of getting into IIT and that too of your choice. Once you have a dream, you should surely work towards it.
Best wishes.

The eligibility for appearing for JEE Mains us to have 75 percent or more in 12th. But if you have less than this, you are simply not eligible & hence further questions do not arise.
