Of course you can, provided you have obtained ranking which is not only more than cutoff, but a little better. CSE is the first choice of most students and one needs to be in top bracket to get this branch. Best wishes to you.

Yes, for girl candidate at the rank of 53,000, you can get into the NITs. But, you have to be sure that the NIT in which you are getting in is better than other government colleges, because at this rank still, you have chances to get into other government colleges.

No chance in CSE in any NITS or IIITs. Your rank is too low in SC category. There is limited seats for SC in NIT and your rank is more above that. Even getting CSE with this rank is not at all possible.
