I got mains 92.3 percentage and get rank 86 000 and in EWS rank 10.300 I will get seat in NiT Goa or Not

I don't think you have any chance of getting NIT-Goa in JoSAA rounds.

Of course you can, provided you have obtained ranking which is not only more than cutoff, but a little better. CSE is the first choice of most students and one needs to be in top bracket to get this branch. Best wishes to you.

My percentile is 74.85, got 73% in board exam, sc category hailing from Goa will I get admission to NIT Goa.

Yes, for girl candidate at the rank of 53,000, you can get into the NITs. But, you have to be sure that the NIT in which you are getting in is better than other government colleges, because at this rank still, you have chances to get into other government colleges.

I get 18025 rank in JEE Mains under SC category. Can I get admission in NIT-Goa for CSE? My home state is Assam .

No chance in CSE in any NITS or IIITs. Your rank is too low in SC category. There is limited seats for SC in NIT and your rank is more above that. Even getting CSE with this rank is not at all possible.
