Not for getting admission into NIT, Patna, you need to attempt JEE Mains and score around 150 marks to get any branches, you cannot take admission via BCECE.

Yes, you can take part in the counselling but you will not allotted NIT Patna because your marks is too low to get any branches there.

Hello vivek, Electrical engineering at NIT Allahabad is much more better option than of NIT Patna, as NIT Allahabad have much more better infrastructure, good faculty members and excellent placements records. So, go for it only.
