Your marks are good enough but it depends upon your percentile. If your percentile is good then you would surely get.

Hello Vivek,
It is very nice to hear from you that you are interested in seeking admission in one of the National Institutes of Technology. This setting of goal is of vital importance during not only our student life but even during subsequent years. As you have set yourself a goal of seeking admission in NIT, I am sure you would be studying hard to achieve that goal. The final AIR will be declared after April 2019 considering the best score out of the two JEE Main attempts for all the applicants, hence based on current percentile we cannot predict whether you will qualify or not. Wait for the final AIR declaration

Your percentile is very good and you have around 90% chances of getting into NIT-Nagpur, but
The final AIR will be declared after April 2019 considering the best score out of the two JEE Main attempts for all the applicants, hence based on current percentile we cannot say with surety whether you will qualify or not. Wait for the final AIR declaration.

Hi,
You have to appear the JEE-Mains exam which will be held every year mostly in the months of April and May. You should be prepared thoroughly NCERT Maths, Physics, Chemistry textbook syllabus and be able to solve the numericals conceptually. Once you clear the exam with good marks, based on the rank various NITs will offer you admission.

Starting from this year National testing agency is conducting the exam of JEE Mains for the first time. They have already conducted one set of exams in the month of January and they will be conducting second set of exam in the month of April. Each set of exam was spread over multiple sessions and to avoid accusations of bias, NTA has decided to use the well tested formula of using percentile for determining the performance of students. If I talk about NIT, Srinagar the last year cut off in B.Tech CSE for female (OBC-NCL) in home state quota was 24433 and 62646 respectively. On the basis of your JEE Main percentile, your expected rank is falling between 26000-35000 then your chances are very high. Further, you have also a good chance for IIITs but you have to apply for them separately.

Cutoff marks or the all India ranking list or the number of students, who will qualify for JEE Advanced all these three are almost one and the same thing. This is likely to be published in the last week of April or first week of May by National testing agency after conclusion of their second set of JEE Mains examination in the month of April. Till then you will have to have patience. However, I would Still recommend you to appear for the second set of examination in the month of April with the aim of improvement in your JEE Mains percentile. Best wishes to you.
