Hi Saurabh,
Chances are very low, but you should try for lower order NITs like NIT Patna, NIT Jalandhar, NIT Jamshedpur, NIT Durgapur etc. You might get a seat in last round. You can predict other possible colleges here:

Hello Sanghi,
I am assuming you to be of general category. So, with this percentile, you may not get any NIT. You can get IIIT but only newly opened one and that too, not CS.

Hi Visweswara,
Yes, you can get admission in this nit. But computer science engineering in first round will be difficult. So, you should apply for IT, electronics, electrical, civil also. But in second or third round, you may get computer science engineering.
