The final AIR will be declared after April 2019 considering the best score out of the two JEE Main attempts for all the applicants, hence based on current percentile we cannot predict whether you will qualify for NITs, IIITs or GFTIs. Wait for the final AIR declaration.

For ECE, NIT is better than IIIT for CSE. Both are equal but for ECE, NIT is better. They are having best faculty will provide best knowledge about practical as well as theoretical. It has the best placement.

Hello S Vijay Kumar,
It's Indeed good to think of loan for studying in an NIT. This is so because it helps in reducing the financial strain on the parents. However NIT's in themselves for not give loans but the banks are offering study loan to students which needs to be repaired after you have completed your study period. I would like to suggest to you to approach Banks at the moment and meet the branch manager where your parents would have an account to seek information about study loan. There are plenty of easy options I am sure you will be able to select the one that suits you most.

Yes, but you can give next JEE Main exam and try to score above 90 percentile than you can get NIT easily.
