To be on safer side, it would be better to get 90%+ in class 12th Board exams. The eligibility is just 60%, in order to get into IIT or NIT with that score you should score high in Mains.

Hello Jarupla,
The admissions in NIT"s as well as in IIIT's are based on ranking in JEE Mains examination. NTA will be announcing this in the month of May after completion of second phase of this exam in April. For getting admission in IIT's, the students have to clear one more exam called JEE Advanced. I am attaching a link that will predict college for you based on your percentile score. https://www.shiksha.com/b-tech/resources/jee-mains-college-predictor
Best wishes to you.

The final AIR will be declared after April 2019 considering the best score out of the two JEE Main attempts for all the applicants, hence based on current percentile we cannot predict whether you will qualify for NIT or not. Wait for the final AIR declaration.

Not possible. Your rank is very low. Depends on the cut-off. Moreover, your percentile is also too low.
