Yes, definitely. IITs are better than BHU and NITs without any doubt specially if you are doing MBA from IIT-Mumbai, Delhi and Madras. These are better in studies, learning, placement and all the other activities.

You can get into NIT on the basis of your rank which you will get after taking JEE Mains exam.
