NIT

NITs are much better than the CFTI and self-funded Institutes. NITs provide better faculty resource than the centrally funded institutes. CFTI are better than the Engineering colleges which are located in every corner of our town. Self- funded institutes may not provide all better facilities since they depend on the number of admissions through that year. NITs are much better than any other private and self-funded institutes. So I can conclude that CFTIS are beneficial but not equally beneficial when compared to NITs.

No, unfortunately it will be quite hard for you to get NIT with 37000 OBC rank, but if you are planning to go in other prestigious private universities then you can surely apply for it.
