Congratulations on clearing JEE Mains and JEE Advanced.

For getting Admission in IIT  Class 12th 75% Percentage marks in mandatory without 75% you are not eligible for getting admission in IIT.

Firstly, clear all your fundamentals about all the chapters in all 3 subjects. You should be knowing major concepts and their applications.

Practice Mock tests and sample papers- Candidates must practice more and more JEE Main sample papers and mock tests. These mock tests and sample papers will open the candidates to different types of questions daily and will help them analyze their performance.

Try to solve every question in under 2minutes so that during exam, you'll get more time to crosscheck your answers.

All the very best :).

A rank of 1788 in JEE Mains with a percentile of 74.15% makes admission to an NIT possible but difficult. The cutoff ranks vary across branches and categories for different NITs. The cutoff for popular branches such as Computer Science or Electronics will be high, while that for Civil or Mechanical will be easier to crack based on the category and availability of seats. You should be alert to any changes in the trend pattern as reported in the counseling process (JoSAA) for your category and branch preference.

With a 72 percentile in JEE Mains, you may have a fair chance of getting a seat in a few NITs, and this is not a guaranteed possibility as a rank around 286,000 to 322,000 corresponds to this percentile, and so the prospect of getting admission in premier NITs is impossible. However, there could be a possibility in lower ranks of NITs where cutoff is relatively relaxed in the case of ST students. It is advisable to go for counseling and explore state-level colleges as well, which would be more lenient regarding your percentile range.

Not sufficient for entry into college : (,

Again, for these branches like Computer Science Engineering that probably would be the most sought after, an 84 percentile in JEE Mains does not make one entry eligible in an NIT. In fact, most of the time even up to a median percentile of about 95 and above would be considered to qualify admissions in one of such NITs. The cutoff of percentiles may go down a little here and there for OBC NCL candidates, but for most top NITs, it bandied about between 85-90-and-higher.

This percentile implies an approximate rank between around 186000 and 192000, more than cut off ranks for CSE in most NITs, eve

With such CRL rank of 239633 and EWS rank of 38408 in JEE Mains, there is very little chance of getting through at any of the top NITs, especially in the popular branches like CSE or ECE, whose cut-offs usually touch the skies in state/category quotas.

However, chances can be for admission to some of the newly established or private NITs, although for branches like Civil, Chemical, and the like, which have comparatively lower cutoff marks.

Generally, it should benefit your EWS rank because it has a little lower cutoff than that of the general category.

For most accurate information related to current cutoffs, one must follow official coun

Getting a seat into any of the NITs (National Institute of Technology) with an All-India Rank of 104939 and SC category rank 4262 in JEE Mains is a little far-reaching now; chances would be better for branches like CSE and ECE in the most coveted NITs.

Now since your home state is Delhi, you can also have a benefit in state quota seats at NIT Delhi.

Compared to the general category, cutoffs for SC are lower, and the state quota would boost chances into the seat.

You can rather more expect an admission than branches like Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, etc.

Thus, keep an eye on the official counseling updates; it would be wise to k
