If your improvement result is out in August, it may be too late for the current year's NIT admissions, as the 75% eligibility criteria are typically checked before counseling. You may need to wait until the next JEE Main cycle to meet the eligibility.

With 89% in Class 12, admission to NITs or IIITs depends on your JEE Main score and rank. While your percentage is good, securing a seat in top NITs or IIITs will depend on your JEE rank. You may have better chances in less competitive branches or institutes.

To get admission to the B.E. or B.Tech programme at Narula Institute of Technology (NIT) in Kolkata, West Bengal, you can:

The tuition fees for MSc courses at NIT Raipur is INR 30,000, and the tuition fees for MSc at NIT Patna is INR 6.3 lakh. Conclusively, the tuition fees of NIT Raipur are more affordable compared to NIT Patna. It may not be possible to get admission to any NIT with 83%ile in JEE Main. You need to have at least 86%ile to get to even tier 3 NITs. So, to get to any IIT or NIT, you can now appear for the April attempt, or you can also take a drop and appear in the next year. You can also go to any top-tier private college by appearing for the university-specific exam.

Yes, you can get an integrated degree of B.Tech + MBA in IITs or NITs.
There are various IITs and NITs offering B.Tech and MBA 5-year integrated programs and such IITs are IIT Madras, Jodhpur, Kanpur and such NITs are Jalandhar and Jamshedpur.

With an SC category of rank 3253 and the central rank of 35704 your chances of securing seat in B.Arch at annity depend on seven factors such as number of seats available cutoff trends and you preferred NIT typically NIT is like trichy, Calicut and Bhopal have higher cutoff while others may have lower requirement.
