The ROI of NIT Goa is quite good as the total tuition fee for its flagship BTech course is INR 5 lakh whereas the package offered to BTech students can be as high as INR 26 LPA. Increase or decrease in the seat intake has not much impacted the quality of education the college provides to students. The college does not descriminate students while providing placement assistance. Outstation or not, opportunities are same for everyone. In the end, during placements, students skills play a crucial role in fetching good jobs.

You need to have an overall atleast 75%in each of the subjects.
Generally, candidates should having a percentile between 85 to 95 for getting NIT seats. Here, we have given the previous year cutoff and percentile trends for NIT Admission for your reference. Students who score above the 95 percentile in the JEE Main exam or secure a rank below 60,000 may be eligible for admission to NIT'. However, competition is much tougher to secure a seat in top NITs, where students are required to rank under 25,000.

Getting admission to any NIT in India with 45% marks in class 12th has least possibility. The threshold to apply for NIT is 75% in class 12th. Even for the SC category there is no relaxation at this level. With 90570 as a JEE Rank, you can get NIT Uttrakhand, Patna, Mizoram, Meghalaya, etc., However, you need to score 75% in 12th.
With 45% in 12th and 90570 in JEE, you can apply for AIT, Pune, VIT, Pune, Pimpri Chinchwad College of Engineering, DY Patil Institute of Technology, PVG's College of Engineering and Technology and G.K. Pate (Wani) Institute of Management, etc.
I hope it will help.
