Hello,
No all those who have appeared for JEE Advanced will be not be given a seat as there will be more than 50,000 students while the number of seats will be around 5000-6000 only.
Your all India rank should be below 2000 to get a seat at a good IIT.
The admission into NITs is based on the ranks in JEE main and not JEE Advanced.
So if you have a good rank in JEE Mains like 10000, you can get admission in NITs.

Hello Suraj,
I think your eyesight is not going to be an issue as NITs don't have separate eligibility criteria for that. You need to have a good score in JEE Mains with 75% in boards.
However, you need to have a good eyesight if you opt for courses like mining, petroleum, geology, machinery, etc.

The cut-off is minimum marks a student is expected to score in order to pursue B.Arch.
Candidates are expected to have 40% or more marks to qualify in the NATA exam. They have to obtain at least 80 marks out of 200.
There are many NITs where you can get admission into with 4034 AIR. Please check online for the cut-offs of NITs.

Hey Aman,
First of all, it is mandatory to have physics, chemistry and maths as your academics subject in class 12th. Only having maths is not enough for NIT. And for taking admission in an NIT, you should appear in JEE (Mains), which is conducted by CBSE every year as well as my knowledge it is also mandatory to score 75 % for IIT & NIT. For further details, you should check this article :

Hello Wasif,
As the ranks have been declared and the counseling process has also been completed, you may specify your all India rank or category ranks and home state so that I may tell your possibilities.
If you have not registered for counseling you cannot get any NIT.

For different institutes, there are different exams. For IIT, you have to pass JEE Advanced. For NIT, IIIT or GFTI, you have to pass JEE Mains. These Institutes will give you the degree of B.Tech and DU is a university which is for B.Sc or M.Sc.

As per the new criteria, you won't be eligible for admission in NITs or any other CFTIs since you have got less than 75% in 12th.
So you should fill in the improvement forms and give boards next year.
