Hello Shashi,
It sounds very surprising but as per my knowledge, no NIT offers this course. There is no official logical and cogent answer as to why. Maybe since opportunities for placements are very low, this must have been decided.

Being an SC candidate, you need atleast 65% aggregate marks. It is 75% for general candidate.
