Hello Vatsal,
It depends whether you are from home state quota or Other state quota. If you want ECE with home state quota then u have to score around 200 for gen, for obc 170. For other state quota he has to score more than 230+ for gen, more than 200+ for obc. So don't concentrate on these numbers, target for 200+ so that if something goes wrong you will land ECE. One more thing don't think about reservation. Just study hard. If you secure good rank it will boost your performance in B.Tech. Even though if you secure seat in ECE in reservation, you are expected to be work hard compared to PUC otherwise you will experience a tough time

You have to apply for improvement in board exams. And go for preparation of JEE by Dropping a year. Make sure you prepare well for both JEE and boards and appear next year for exams.

With your rank and category, there is a very rare chance of you getting admission in any NITs but you can try for some GFTIs if you want to take admission anyway.
Best of Luck!

To be able to take admission in NITs/IIITs/GFTIs you should score more than 75% in your board exams (not necessarily in PCM) or you should be in top 20 percentile in your 12th in your board exam. Just recheck your eligibility criteria whether you are in or not.
Good Luck!
