It's kind of 50-50 chance as computer science branch is highly preferable by the students but you may end up with other good branches like electrical, ECE, mechanical, etc.

In JEE Mains, you need not to score any specific marks in respective subjects. For general category, you need aggregate of 150+ to get in any of the NITs.
