Yes, you can get very good NIT with this rank and quota. I think you can get CS in lower NIT. You can get good branches in any top NIT.

Sorry, I don't think you will get into NIT with these marks, you should have a percentile above 95 to get a seat in any NITs

NITs are renowned for their engineering programs across various disciplines.
