NIT Trichy - National Institute of Technology Cut-off

If you belong to the General AI category, the minimum cutoff required was 47 in NIMCET during the Round 1 cutoff list. NIMCET is the accepting exam for NIT Trichy admission to the MCA course. The cutoffs vary depending on students category and rounds. For the OBC category students, the minimum cutoff rank required was 141 under the AII India quota. National Institute of Technology Tiruchirappalli (NIT Trichy) offers a two-year MBA course at the PG level. Aspirants get admitted based on a valid Common Admission Test (CAT) score. Apart from this, candidates currently in the final year of the UG course and having cleared CAT are also eligible to apply. To be eligible, candidates must have passed Undergraduate Degree in any discipline with an aggregate of 60% from recognised university. The CAT cut off 2023 for General All India category was 80 percentile. The cutoff for the past few years 2022, 2021 and 2020 have remained the same with 80 percentile. 

IIT Dhanbad offers a four-year BTech degree course in Computer Science & Engineering. Admission to the four-year course is entrance-based. It is also one of the top BTech branches. As per the IIT ISM Dhanbad's past years records, almost 100% of students from the CSE department get placed.Ranking: IITs have a higher ranking and reputation among the engineering colleges in India and the world. Seven IITs are in the top 10 of the NIRF 2020 ranking, while NIT Trichy is ranked 9th among the engineering colleges and 1st among the NITs.

NIT Trichy cutoff for the Joint Entrance Examination is out for the year 2024. Candidates must note that JoSAA counselling for this year will be in 5 rounds only.

MCA programme offered for three years at NIT Trichy. The institute's Department of Computer Applications is in charge of instructing this subject. The NIT MCA Common Entrance Test (NIMCET), which is administered yearly by NITs for admission to MCA courses, is the entrance exam for MCA admission at NIT Trichy. For round 1, the MCA overall cutoff rank for NIMCET is 2658. In addition, on June 8, 2024, the NIMCET 2024 exam will take place.
