It is a dream come true. College facilities are far better than my imagination.
Placements: In Electrical and Electronics Engineering and Electronics and Communication Engineering, the placement rate is above 95%, which is a decent figure. All the above information provided by me is from past trends. The highest package is 48 LPA, and the lowest package is 7 LPA. The average package is 18 LPA. Top recruiting companies in the electronics domain are Texas Instruments, Synopsis, and Nvidia. In the electrical domain, companies like Bajaj and various PSUs hire students. In the last year, 6-7 students got internships in the electronics domain. In the software domains, about 15-16 students got internships. In the electrical course, about 9-10 students got internships.
Infrastructure: All facilities are good. It feels like a home away from home. Classrooms are well-equipped with fans, lights, and projectors. Food available in the mess is eatable. It provides a large variety of breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner. We get food four times a day.
Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified and are ready to help us. The course curriculum is relevant. It makes students ready for the industry. Labs also try to give real industry experience to students. Semester exams are moderate. If students are sincere, then they can easily pass with good grades. E grade is the passing grade.

Amazing college with decent facilities. But the climate is very hot and there is language barrier.
Placements: The percentage of placements in our course is really nice, it is more than (94)%. Nvidia, Texas Instruments, Qualcomm, Micron, Synapse, Google, Amazon, Oracle, TCS, Wipro, Bajaj, etc. (These are mixed companies for electronics, software, and electrical). Chip designer, electro manager, developed (to be honest, I don't know much about the role they offer). The highest and lowest salary is average.
Infrastructure: The facilities are not up to the mark. There are equipments in our lab, but very less in number, and that too sometimes does not work properly. We don't even have the basic facilities like water purifier, it's very hard for us to fill our water bottles from different hostels. We have good computer lab and library, but we don't have Wi-Fi in library. The quality is really nice, they provide amul butter, kellogg's corn flakes, fresh bread, and fruits (It varies from mess to mess, but overall quality is good). But North-Indians may not like the taste initially.
Faculty: EEE is the toughest branch. The curriculum is very vast and is not updated. We have to study many outdated things which are of no use. It's really very hard to manage the course with clubs and fest teams. Many times we have to select one of them. But, we have the advantage of having many options for placements as we have a very vast curriculum. I like the exam pattern, like CT1, CT2, at end-semester. I would say all the things depend on the proof.
Other: I selected the course because I like the electronics domain so much. We have a very good bond with our classmates as our course is very tough so, we are forced to do all assignments and projects together only. It should be updated, and the extra things should be removed to relax the students.

Review of NIT Trichy - National Institute of Technology.
Placements: The placement scenario at the college is very promising, with top companies such as Amazon, Google, Texas Instruments, NVIDIA, and Synopsys coming for both placements and internships. Although the competition is quite intense. 90% of students in my course secured internships, with an average salary of 20 LPA. The top roles available include web developer, full-stack developer, and digital and analog electronics engineer, among others.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is good with a big library and, a centralized AC room with computers to work on projects or study. The sports facility is also very good here with an indoor sports complex and outdoor sports stadium for different sports. The quality of mess food is also good and the hostels are above average.
Faculty: Teachers are very good here with high talents. The curriculum is very much relevent with modern courses. It really makes student industry perfect. Semester exams are a bit difficult but overall it is good. The pass percentage is approximately 99%. Teachers are helpful to the students.
Other: Around 4 fests and many events are conducted in our college.

NIT Trichy - The Pride of India.
Placements: Students become eligible to sit for the placement from the end of the 3rd semester. The highest package is about 55 LPA. In core branches like CSE, EEE, ECE, and ICE, the placement percentage is above 90%. For an internship, companies visit during the start of the 3rd year. However, we can do a research internship under our professor. There is a high chance of getting an off-campus internship because of the college's brand. There are projects during the academic course plan itself.
Infrastructure: Recently, new Wi-Fi has been installed in all hostels. The labs and classrooms are quite spacious, and the mess food is quite good. There is no requirement for PGs in NIT Trichy because there are sufficient rooms to accommodate all the students. The hostel and mess fees are around Rs. 45,000 per semester. There are a variety of messes, where we can choose South Indian mess, North Indian mess, Andhra mess, and Kerala mess. Hostel rooms are very spacious with 3 cupboards, and a table/chair for each student.
Faculty: The faculty-to-student ratio is around 1:11. The faculty members are very supportive, you can approach them anytime after the class if you have any doubts. Currently, I am in my 4th semester. Till now, my favourite teacher has been Raja Sir, who teaches AC machines. He is a genius, the only class that I have never missed a single day till now. Till now, I haven't gotten any professors whom I don't like, it's just that I might not be able to understand their class, but if I approach them for any doubts, they resolve our doubts.

Good college to join for all.
Placements: I am pursuing electrical and electronics engineering at the National Institute of Technology, Trichy. The placement percentage here is around 80%. The lowest package is 3 LPA, and the average is 10 LPA, with the highest being 31 LPA in my branch. The top recruiters are Nvidia, Google, Microsoft, and Tata Consultancy, and the internship chances are also good compared to other colleges.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good. The classrooms are equipped with new technology, labs are well-equipped, and there is a 24/7 Wi-Fi facility for students in both the campus and hostel. Coming to the mess, the food is okay, good but not bad. Coming to the facilities in the hostel, there is 24/7 water and electricity, drinking water, a badminton court, and indoor games like table tennis.
Faculty: The teachers here are good, and well-experienced, and they are supportive provided you are interacting with them. The course curriculum is relevant to some extent, but for some courses, they have to update it, considering the present situation in society. The academics are a little tougher; you have to study according to your professor. You have to follow your professor’s class notes rather than YouTube channels.
Other: Because I have been interested in Physics and electrical engineering right from my class 11, the best thing about my branch is good placements and internships. The things taught should be updated, and new technologies should be introduced so that we get better experience in our professions. The fests and events are on the next level, with a very good environment for extracurricular activities. The scholarships provided are NSP, FFE, HDFFC, and Reliance Foundation Scholarship.

Absolutely satisfied with my institute because of faculty, very good placements in 2019.
Placements: I got placed in a reputed company through my college placement. The support and guidance throughout the months were excellent. They always show us the path to start our career, and they have collaborated with many good companies. The placement provides quality opportunities for students by offering interviews in reputed companies. I got placed in Zeitgeist company as an HR executive, which is a well-reputed company. Overall, the placement experience was good. Excellent campus placement offers every year.
Infrastructure: The overall experience is good. I came to know more about technology. I mixed with fantastic students, and the clubbing culture, especially the competition to join tech clubs, is very high, which shows the standard of these tech clubs. The facilities in the college classrooms are of a very high standard. Sports are widely practiced here, with some international-level badminton courts too. Very good facilities are available here.
Faculty: In each department, they have a minimum of 12 to 15 staff members, and they have a great relationship with students. My favorite faculty is in the Bachelor of Commerce because they have very cool staff. I like all the faculty members. Each semester, we have four exams: two CIA tests, one Model test, and the final semester exam. If we study, the exams are easy, and almost all students pass. All faculty members are very good.

Amazing sports facilities, multiple fests and chill hostel life.
Placements: EEE is one of the best branches at NIT Trichy, with good professors and courses. Placements-wise, it's also a good option for upcoming JEE aspirants, as it offers a median of 16.5 LPA with a more than 95% placement rate, with top recruiters like Nvidia and Google, etc. For internships also, you will have an edge over other colleges.
Infrastructure: The classrooms are nice, with digital study spaces. The library area is well-maintained. Labs are equipped with modern equipment. The hostel is old but well-maintained; corridors and bathrooms are cleaned regularly. For mess food, you have options to choose the catering you like. They update the menu once a month, and you have a fest once or twice a month.
Faculty: Yes, for my department, teachers are well-qualified and helpful. A few courses are not relevant, but you will get good courses that make you industry-ready, like, for us, energy and environment engineering. Academics are a little tough; you have to study for the exams (not one day before).
Other: If you are coming to NIT Trichy, you will love the hostel life here. It has lots of sports facilities and many fests; it will be fun.

Absolutely amazing fests, good placements in 2020, and good infrastructure and sports facilities.
Placements: Around 80% of students got placed in my course, although the placement was lower due to the recession this year. In general, the average placement is around INR 30 lakh. The maximum placement you will see is in the electronics domain rather than the electrical domain. Almost 200 companies visit our college every year so students have a high probability of getting placed and teachers also show high support for internships. They sit for an internship in their 5th semester and have to do it during summer vacation, which is a 2-credit course.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the hostel is really good and rooms have been provided with individual Wi-Fi, so the speed is fabulous. The food quality is good but in the first year you have to go to South Mess, which is not good at all but in the second year you can choose your mess. The library is really good because it contains plenty of books to read, although you won't read them.
Faculty: So professors are really good and they have knowledge about the subject but I personally feel that you have to study on your own and yes, the papers are not too much difficult but that depends on pros and cons. Sometimes you may feel difficult in a particular subject. Otherwise, it is simple many times. Almost 90% of students pass.
Other: Yes! So honestly, I chose this course because it was allotted to me during Jose's counseling, but here I found that if you are interested in the building of machines and electrical instruments at the core level, then this course is the best to provide. Also, NIT Trichy has many fests, including NITTFEST, Aaveg, Festem, pragyan and much more, which will lead to too much fun.

Hello In fact, NIT Trichy is one of the best NITs, as far as the admission is concerned a min mark of 250+ is required for electronics, unless you belong to some reserved categories. You can check your eligibility on Shiksha's JEE Main rank predictor. All the best.

I think NIT electrical will give you more exposure. NIT-Trichy always hit its 100% record in all most all UG courses. IIT-BHU has its brand name just like other IITs. It's completely up to you to decide now.
