B.Com is for doing MBA in finance or accounting and finance career. B.Sc is to become a nurse in hospitals. BCA is for software career by pursuing MCA later. B.Sc is for going into research and teaching, etc. career later by pursuing M.Sc/B.Ed./LLB, etc.

No, you can't get a government job after completing B.Pharma but you can appear for the test conducted by UGC. But, if you do Master's degree then you can get a government job.
