No, you can not pursue M.Sc nursing after completing B.Sc zoology (Hons.). Please refer to the eligibility criteria below:
The eligibility required for M.Sc nursing:-
1) The candidate should be a Registered Nurse and Registered midwife or equivalent with any Stat Nursing Registration Council.
2) The minimum education requirements shall be the passing of B.Sc nursing
/ B.Sc (Hons.) Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing with a minimum of 55% aggregate marks.
3) The candidate should have undergone in B.Sc. Nursing / B.Sc (Hons.) nursing
/ Post Basic B.Sc nursing in an institution which is recognised by Indian Nursing Council.
4) Minimum one year of

Directly getting a job in Canada is not an easy task. You will have to probably pursue Masters course in Canada and then ask for working visa.
