The cut-off varies every year according to the number of students applying for examination and number of seats available. It would be advisable that you get in touch with college authorities/official page directly for accurate cutoff which can help you in figuring out the appropriate college and seat.

Lateral entries are only permitted in colleges which have a tie-up with your own institute, so it is best if you contact the admissions department of your institute to find out where you can get lateral entries. Optometry is a branch of medicine which deals with visual systems. Further, it deals with vision issues such as examining, diagnosing, managing and treating diseases of the eye. Optometrists can help prevent blindness as they deal with refraction, eyewear, fitting of contact lenses, dealing with low vision and evaluating and referring to ophthalmology. After gaining experience in private clinics and lens manufacturers they can start their own practice.
