Listed below are the minimum criteria of eligibility that interested candidates need to fulfil in order to apply for the course.
- Class 12 education completed in the Science stream from a recognised educational Board.
- Physics, Chemistry, English and Biology as the main subjects of study at the 10+2 level.
- A minimum aggregate score of 50% (45% for SC/ST/OBC candidates) at the 10+2 level.

Integrated MSc course allows one to continue to do MSc without any further entrance exam after completion of three years of BSc. But if one has done BSc somewhere else including in this university also there is no direct admission to 4th year of integrated course. One has to undergo process of getting admission to MSc.
