Firstly, I would like to bring it to your notice that these days UGC has banned any professional course being offered by distance mode. As regards part-time, it is normally offered to those who are working and can not find time in regular hours. But unfortunately, the ready-made list is not available. You can check with the administrative staff of any college nearer to where you live or work.

Hello,
It is very nice to know that you are interested in doing your diploma in mechanical engineering. Yes, you indeed can do a Diploma part-time provided of course your intended college is offering this facility. For this, you must directly correspond with the institute so that you are aware of the requirements.
Best wishes to you.

Hi
Since you are working and cannot leave your job, take the weekend classes. DU also has evening classes so opt for them, if that is more suitable.

However, if you wish to pursue higher education abroad, a PGDM is considered to be a Diploma, while a university-affiliated MBA is counted as a degree, giving you a better standing. In India, as well as overseas, both MBA and PGDM courses are regarded as having equal value when it comes to career prospects.
