PGDM Eligibility

They consider all those applicants who meet their minimum eligibility criteria and do good in their entrance examination for getting admission into the MBA/PGDM course at Nishitha Degree College. The applicant should be a graduate from any recognised university with an aggregate of 50% marks at least. Admission will strictly be given basis of management entrance exams held by institutes like CAT, MAT, or even the college's entrance test if they hold one. Final shortlisting candidates may be called for a personal interview and group discussion (if applicable), wherein communication skills, leadership potential, and motivation behind pursuing the course would be assessed. Final selection is made based on total performance.

Generally the selection criteria for MBA/PGDM course at Nava Bharathi College of PG Studies, Andhra Pradesh comprises of a combination of the academic performance, scores of the entrance exams and personal interviews. The minimum percentage requirement towards securing a bachelor's degree from a recognised university is normally in the neighbourhood of 50 %. SPJIMR PGDM is a two-year programme that is offered in full time mode. The programme is spread across four semesters. The course is approved by AICTE and accredited by the NBA.  is the flagship course of SPJIMR available in two specialisations. To be eligible for the programme candidates need to complete graduation with at least 50% aggregate for both PGDM and PGPM courses. The minimum work experience of three years is required for PGPM programmes. Aspirants must hold a minimum of five years of relevant work experience for PGDM courses. Besides, the institute also offers 18 months of approved PGPM or Post Graduate Programme in Management.

Candidates must meet the eligibility criteria set by the college. Aspirants must complete graduation in any stream (Medicine, Dental Sciences, Nursing, Physiotherapy, Nursing,2 Biotechnology, Microbiology, Bio informatics, Engineering, Information Technology, Science, Commerce and Arts) are eligible with a minimum of 50% aggregate. A valid score from any one of the Management Admission Tests approved by the AICTE, viz. MAT/ CMAT/ CAT/ GMAT/ XAT/ ATMA.

Candidates with experience, Candidates appearing for their final year examination of Bachelor's degree or waiting for the final year results in the current year are also eligible to apply. Such candidates will be given provisional admission and will have to produce proof of graduation within two months of the start of the programme, which is typically in July every year.
