Your profile looks good. Sorry, but this year the cutoff is 90%. Just give your best in other GD's and PI. They might not see your certificates right now but do include it in your resume and Highlight it whatever it is regarding.

Hello, according to your score in MAT, it is quite low, but there are lots of colleges who will accept you with this marks. But, honestly I will suggest you to give some other exam too and try to score more. All the best.

There is no such cut off score. Selection would be based on various parameters such as your performance in GD,PI, psychometric test, academic scores etc.
