Yes, you can pursue your Ph.D. Decide which area you want to pursue your research work in and start researching on the universities itself. Ph.D admissions require extensive communication, emailing, etc. You must communicate with the department supervisor along with your research topic.
They will get back to you if they like what you wrote. Shortlist your country and university basis your research area. UK and USA are the great destinations if you are planning for a management doctorate degree.

Yes, you can pursue. The eligibility criteria for Ph.D varies for every institute. However, the basic requirement is a Masters degree or an equivalent degree in the relevant discipline. However, the cut-off percentages vary.
Some of the institutes conduct entrance exams and some of them require at least two research publications for the Ph.D programs. Some also require work experience of a couple of years.

Please take one step at a time.
1. Complete your graduation.
2. Pursue your post graduation and try to score more than 55% marks.
3. Try and pursue Masters program in the relevant area from an institute where you would like to pursue PhD. In such a case, admission for PhD becomes easier.
4. One needs to clear UGC exam NET followed by an Interview of other as specified by the institute for pursuing PhD.
5. Once you qualify in NET, you also get grant (monthly stipend) for pursuing your PhD.
6. Incase, you are not keen on grant, you need to to clear the open test as specified by the respective institute.
