For MS, it is quite difficult, you can get up to 70% scholarship. If you face any problem, then you can take loan from the university. You can opt for multiple scholarship options, but it is not easy to qualify in every scholarship program.

Most of the good universities will not accept, but if you choose tier 2 universities, then they may accept it. But, first you should choose some tier 2 universities in USA and email them and also your distance must be accredited by AICTE, IGNOU or UGC.
