If you are planning to have career in academics, research and development, independent consulting then PhD is a mandatory qualification. However, if are planning to have career in IT industry then M.Tech in CSE is a sufficient qualification to seek job and have career growth.

Hello Koumudee,
Definitely you can pursue Ph.D abroad. For that you need to take up IELTS and score well. Also, you need to approach professors, then only you can get the admission. I would say that it is quite difficult to get into Ph.D program in Canadian Universities as they mainly prefer local students. They prefer international students only if he/she has studied Masters in Canada.

The Indian Institute of Astrophysics is a premier institute devoted to research in astronomy, astrophysics and related physics.This is a full-time research programme where in the students work towards their Ph.D degree under the supervision of an IIA faculty. Students may join the programme in either the first semester beginning in August or the second semester beginning in January. Entrance examination is held in December followed by interview in January. Students passing the JEST exam are interviewed in May / June. You can consider Cornell University USA, University of East Anglia UK, University of Nottingham UK, Washington State University US, University of Georgia, Kyushu University and Max Planck Institute for Plant Breeding. Ph.D programmes are generally fully funded except in UK. You must contact the department supervisors for details.
