Biotechnology's scope, day by day, is increasing because of lot of students going for pharmacy and chemistry but they don't know how biotechnology works. Biotechnology's syllabus is very interesting. Biotechnology's students know about the DNA isolation method, etc. like biotechnology there is no syllabus in any course. Pharmaceutical industry wants biotechnology students because of the potential to work smartly, they know about the pharmaceutical world.

In some countries, this programme is a first professional degree and a prerequisite for licensing to practice the profession of pharmacy or to become a clinical pharmacist. You will be trained in clinical pharmacy, pharmaceutical care and pharmacy practice. This is still in the growing stage so if you really wish to enter this field, you can. Else, I would suggest you to choose some other programme for yourself.
