Both the courses have good scope. The add on in B.Pharma is you can open your own medical store as you owe license after completing the degree as well as you can start working in pharma companies.

For admission in Diploma in pharmacy, you need to have be an Indian national.
Passed HSC Science with Physics, and Chemistry as compulsory subjects along with one of the subjects: Mathematics or Biology (Botany and Zoology) from a recognised institution in Maharashtra State or Outside Maharashtra State.

There are various colleges that accept score GPAT for the admission in Pharma. D. It will be better if you can specify your aspired college (s). So, I could give you a better and detailed answer.

Yes, you are eligible for taking admission in PGDM PHM. You just need a bachelor's degree with minimum of 50% of marks. Any entrance exam like CMAT, CAT, MAT, ATMA, CET, then you can apply for PGDM (PHM).

As far as the average salary for fresher after doing M. Pharmacy is concerned, the salary range is 15,000 to 45,000 per month. Though the salary totally depends on field you choose. In India scope of Masters in Pharmacy good if done from a decent college and you have the right skill-set. MS pharma has also a good scope.
