Hi buddy,
In Germany each pharmacy has to be owned by a German pharmacist with the required university degree. To qualify as a pharmacist, you will have to do one year practical training and pass the exam in pharmacy. Before obtaining the license to practice, the pharmacist will also have to undergo internship under a licensed pharmacist, and pass a state examination. Besides for specialisation Germany has voluantry CE certification programme.
